Fionn Lodge originally constructed in 1903 is a beautiful property lovingly renovated by Gordon & Hilary Sutherland looking to start a new business as a boutique B&B in Dornoch. The Carnegie Whisky Cellars are situated on the Carnegie Courthouse on the ground floor in the former Royal Burgh of Dornoch. Opened in 2016, this new whisky cellar will focus on our local distilleries, such as Glenmorangie. We also carry a unique range of malt whiskies from across Scotland, as well as a great selection of Blended Whiskies, Independent Bottlings, Liqueurs and other spirits.
